Welcome to NRA2Z Construction. By engaging our services for any renovation, construction, or maintenance work, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations provided by NRA2Z Construction are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust prices based on current material costs in Malaysia.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 40-50%) is required to confirm the booking and purchase materials.
• Progress Payments: For larger projects, payments will be scheduled in stages as work progresses.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

3. Changes & Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work requested by the client after the project has started will be treated as a Variation Order. Additional costs for materials and labor will apply and must be agreed upon in writing (or WhatsApp confirmation) before the extra work begins.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, NRA2Z Construction shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including bad weather, supplier shortages, or government restrictions.

5. Warranty & Defects

We provide a warranty period (as specified in your quotation) for workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.
• Work altered by other contractors or the homeowner.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
